    Description

    A beautiful vintage needlepoint panel with roses and forget me nots, scrolls and little flower swags worked in shades of pink/burgundy, greens and blues with yellow/gold scrolls all around.  The background is a beautiful dark dusty rose color, with a maroon border. It has a Victorian looking design and color palette. The panel was made for a tapered seat, and measures approximately `18-1/2" across the narrower part (back of the seat), 24" across the wide end (front of seat), and about 22" front to back. It is very nicely done, and while it will need blocking to get it back into its proper shape, it is otherwise in excellent condition.
